The Prescription Hub will deal with the majority of medication requests, and is run by a multi-talented team.

We do require all prescription requests to be in writining, however if you do face additional challenges that we are aware of, you can call The Hub on 01752 705 090 and selecting Option 2 between 10.00am - 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. Alternativley you can contact the prescription hub directly on 01752 973555.
System Online
You can order repeat prescriptions online through System Online. Speak to one of our Operational Admins at Knowle House to sign up. If you are already registered with System One, you can download the app or log in here.
NHS APP

Timeframes
Prescriptions take 72 hours for The Prescription Hub to process, and can tak upto 48 hours for the pharmacy to recieve and action. Our Prescriptions team are working hard to keep up with the demand, and we ask that you treat them with respect.
If you have a medication query you can submit a an enquiry through the Klink system by following the link 24/7 Contact (klinik.co.uk) (Please note you can not order medication through the Kliinik system)
Abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.
