Test results
When you attend for any test, you will be informed how long you should expect to wait for the results.
We are unable to provide test results over the phone. Please submit a Systmconnect consultation using the link below and someone will get back to you.

You will be contacted by the surgery should there be a need. However, if you wish to view your recent blood test results why not download the NHS App (available free from the IOS store or Google Play Store) register and once live you will have access to all of your recent test information.
In the rare instance you do require further information about a specific test result please visit our website and contact us using the administration option from our systmConnect service via our website.
Our reception staff are not allowed to give results over the front desk for confidential reason. Reception staff are not qualified to comment on test results, therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.
Please note that we have a very strict policy regarding confidentiality and date protection. Due to this we will only give out results to the person it relates, unless that person has given prior permission for their release or the person in question is not capable of understanding them.
Blood Tests

All blood tests taken at the surgery need to be taken before 13:00 in order for them to be collected by the NHS Courier, who collects samples from us each morning.
Alternativley once your blood test has been confirmed by a clinician you can attend the Future Inn on William Prance Road, Derriford. The phlebotomy service at Future Inn is open Monday-Friday 08:30-16:00.
