If you need help when we are closed

If you need an emergency doctor, please ring NHS 111 in order to access the emergency out-of-hours doctor service. Your details will be taken by an operator and the emergency doctor will then contact you.

Telephone NHS 111 for medical help outside of normal surgery hours.

We provide 24 hour cover every day for genuine medical emergencies. Please have a pen ready when you phone as a recorded message may redirect you to the doctor on call. We respectfully request that you restrict this service to conditions, which are too serious to wait until the next surgery. Please remember the doctors on duty will have worked the full day before and will have normal surgeries the next day.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Physical accessibility

We offer free parking to all our patients, please ensure to enter your registration into our parking tablet when you arrive for your appointment. We have easy accessibility and we are on one level with a disabled toilet.

There is access through the main door. We have a wheelchair available for use in surgery.

Hearing Difficulties:

If you are experiencing hearing difficulties when being called in to see the doctor or nurse, please do let us know in order for us to set up an alert on your medical records and personally collect you from the waiting room. Alternatively, we do have the facility of a portable induction loop. If you would like to use this, please ask at reception for assistance.

How to make a complaint

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
