Teen Support Page
Heavy mensturation and medical issues can mean that you need to go to the toilet more often. We understand that having access to a toilet whilst at school can be difficult at times. Whilst we dont provide a supporting letter to obtain a toilet pass, we do advise you to have a discussion with your school surrounding the need to have access to a toilet more often during this time.

What is Proxy Access?
From the age of 13 you have access to your own medical record and services. You must update your personal details to ensure we have the right contact details.
If you want another person to manage your medical record such as presriptions, phone calls or care you can give consent for someone to do this for you.
Fill out a Proxy form and hand it into reception.
If you are aged 13 or over, and you are registered at a GP surgery, you can access your own profile in your NHS App.
