The Prescription Hub
The Prescription Hub will deal with the majority of medication requests, and is run by a multi-talented team.
To order your prescription, or for any other enquires you can e-mail The Hub at email@example.com .
Our prescription hub is no longer based at Tamerton Surgery, therefore please do not post any prescription requests through Tamerton's letter box as they will not be dealt with. Please email your request to the above email address or hand them in at Knowle House Surgery.
All prescription requests need to be in writing. However if you do face additional challenges that we are aware of, you can call The Hub on 01752 705090 and select Option 2 between 10.00am - 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. Alternativley you can contact the prescription hub directly on 01752 393780.
Please allow 72 hours for prescription requests to be processed and an additional 48 hours for the pharmacy to download and dispense your medication. Our precription team are working hard to keep up with demand and appreciate your patience.
